A dinner table at the Giau

With our trademark passion, we have made Malga Giau more intimate and welcoming, the dining room is wood-paneled, and the benches are reminiscent of the ancient stubs of historic Ampezzo homes.

The Cuisine

Guido’s daughter Silvia and her husband Davide brought traditional and popular dishes from the lodge, complementing them with new offerings… pasta, gnocchi and ravioli.
All strictly homemade using a variety of fillings following the cycle of seasonal products.
Highlights include game dishes especially venison and roe deer, homemade desserts and much more.
